Because of this, homeowners, managers and engineers all over the Lower Mainland have entrusted us with their roofing projects: new construction, re-roofing, roofing repairs, gutters and downpipes and roofing maintenance.

Our roofing team is looking for a **seasoned roofing technician to do roofing repairs.**

You have a great personality, and good experience replacing shingles, metal and shakes on residential households and commercial buildings. You are a detailed craftsman who prides in doing a job well done, especially installing metal flashing and calculating materials and labour costs. Surely you can work at heights and are able to carry up to 50 lbs. The weather does not stop you from achieving your roofing daily plans, and you also speak and write good English.

Knowledge of WorkSafe safety procedures for you and others? You practice and follow them as your working guiding safety principles.

You can show us your 5 years of detailed and amazing work on your first assignment.

**Pay**
- **$28-$40 an hour Job type**_
- Full-time
- Permanent

**Shift and schedule**
- **8-hour shift**:

- **Monday to Friday (Saturdays available too)**

Work Location:

- In person

**Responsibilities**
- Repair and replace damaged roofing materials such as shingles or tiles.
- Perform inspections to identify leaks and other issues with roofs.
- Use hand tools and carpentry skills to complete roofing repairs.
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights and handling heavy materials.
- Read blueprints to understand roofing layouts and specifications.
- Utilize caulking to seal gaps and prevent water leaks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
