**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- 1 year experience in garden maintenance considered an asset
- Experience with all gardening tools; pruners, rake, cultivator, edger, blower, line trimmer
- Strong Horticultural Background
- An eye for a very high level of detail
- Be well organized and punctual
- Strict adherence to health and safety
- Willingness to work outdoors in ever changing weather conditions
- Willingness to continue learning
- Ability to lift 30 -50 lbs.
- Ability to withstand some repetitive physical work (kneeling, bending, lifting)
