Job Summary:
We are seeking a fun, motivated Insurance Sales/Service person to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others protect their assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Market and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance policies
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand client base
- Negotiate insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure timely processing of policies and claims
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance sales principles and practices is an asset
- Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable terms for clients
- Experience in retail sales is beneficial
