Job Overview:
As a Baker at our café, you will play a key role in delighting our customers with fresh, irresistible baked goods. From artisan bread to delectable desserts and pastries, you will use your expertise to create treats that keep our patrons coming back for more.
- Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Experience:

- Previous experience as a baker in a cafe, bakery, or food preparation setting is preferred OR Formal training in culinary school
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Experience in cake decorating is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
