**LabX Media Group is searching for an eMarketing Coordinator **to contribute to the sales and content administration of Separation Science. The position will comprise assisting the sales and editorial teams to ensure the smooth running of all campaigns including e-newsletters, eBooks, webinars, experts forums, and other associated products. The role will also involve working with customers and industry experts to ensure the success of sponsored projects. Working with internal statistics and reporting systems to facilitate post-event customer follow-up will also form a key responsibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating internal and customer reports relating to executed campaigns
- In association with the sales and editorial teams maintain Separation Science production schedules to ensure on-track delivery of customer projects.
- In association with the editorial team develop effective gated landing pages and associated workflows to ensure the success of customer campaigns
- Maintain and update website content for Separation Science and Chromatography Forum
- Liaise with both customers and scientific collaborators to ensure effective communication and project progress
- Some social media posting.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in content/project coordination environment.
- Experience setting up promotional and process assets for online products.
- Strong web platform skills
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
