As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a talented team and will lead it in achieving our performance objectives. **What we offer**:
**Schedule**: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Work hours may vary depending on occasional production needs.

**Vacation and Leave**: Personal leave days. 3 weeks of vacation in the first year. The company is closed from December 24th to January 2nd inclusively.
**What you will do**:Production**:

- Supervise, coordinate, and provide inspiring and motivating leadership to maintain a high level of engagement and collaboration within the team, ensuring operational performance and productivity.
- Monitor and manage disciplinary situations according to internal policies, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Plan, organize, and supervise production operations across both shifts to meet productivity and quality objectives.
- Ensure the execution of production orders based on established priorities and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, procurement, quality, etc.) to optimize operations.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (efficiency, yield, quality, etc.) and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Manage team members' schedules and assignments.

**Operational Safety and Health**:

- Identify, assess, and manage health and safety risks in the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (CNESST, WHMIS, etc.) for practices and equipment.
- Raise employee awareness of safety best practices and organize training or informational sessions as needed.
- Respond quickly and effectively in the event of an incident or accident, conducting necessary investigations and proposing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure are performed.
- Keep operational safety documentation and health and safety audits up to date.

**What we are looking for**:Skills**:

- Leadership and ability to mobilize a team.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards (CNESST, WHMIS, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong proficiency in technological tools (ERP, production software, Office suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of Spanish is a major asset.

- Degree in production management, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
- A health and safety certification is an asset.
