Roofing Superintendent

BF Roofing Ltd is seeking an experienced full time Roofing Superintendent for Commercial and Residential projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret project plans, specifications and contracts
- Complete and submit all required paperwork, ie: toolbox meetings, safety reports, inspection reports
- Communicate clearly with employees and delegate work tasks
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during work
- Keep crew focused and motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Train and mentor apprentices while monitoring and enforcing safety regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal ticketed Roofer
- RCABC certified or familiarity with RCABC standards
- 2+ years’ employee supervision experience
- Certified applicator with roofing systems including SBS, singly ply membranes, and metal
- Reliable transportation and Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills

**Salary**: $42.00-$45.00 per hour
