**Position Overview**:
As a Finance and Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families secure the right financial assistance for their home-related needs.

This is a **high-commission-based position**, offering the potential to earn between **$1,000 to $3,000 **per successful transaction.

We are looking for individuals who are driven by success, ambitious, and eager to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
- **No prior experience is required,**_ as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct financial consultations with clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Present and recommend tailored financial solutions to meet client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- High ambition and a strong desire for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- No previous experience required - full training provided.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
