**Position: Warehouse Associate Part-time**

**Hours**:Monday - Friday: 4:00pm - 10:30pm**

**MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Use scanners (hand held, wrist, wand) to scan all waybills
- Handling of parcels/shipments
- Actively participate in the Sort Operations
- Interact effectively and respectfully with other team members
- Prepare shipment labels and ensure proper packaging and paperwork are compliant to ship items
- Comply with the collective agreement.
- Understanding of Customs Processes in preparation of Import/Export declarations
- Coordinate shipment transfers by communicating with Service Centre Operations
- Demonstrate exemplary behavior at all times, promote respect in the workplace and follow all required health and safety measures
- Any other task as assigned

**PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Utiliser des appareils de lecture électronique ("scanners") (à main, poignet, baguette) afin de numériser tous les bordereaux d'expédition
- Traitement des colis / expéditions
- Participer activement dans les opérations de tri
- Interagir efficacement et respectueusement avec les autres membres de l'équipe
- Préparer les borderaux d'expédition et assurer que les emballages et documents appropriés sont conformes pour l'expédition des colis
- Respecter la convention collective.
- Compréhension des processus douaniers lors de la préparation des déclarations d'importation / d'exportation
- Coordonner les transferts des colis en communiquant avec les opérations du centre de service
- Démontrer un comportement exemplaire en tout temps, promouvoir le respect des mesures de sécurité et de santé au travail
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalence
- Must Be Fluently Bilingual (French, English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Able to handle bulky, heavy, awkward shipments.
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Has or is able to obtain a Forklift certification
- Shall be able to succesfully complete the online XRAY technician certification
- Shall be able to succesfully complete DG inspector certification upon next
- ACS - Need to sucessfuly complete the ACS training before starting the positionand successfully complete a background check
- Minimum one year warehouse / customer service experience
- Understanding of First Choice Programs and Global SOP

**EXIGENCES MINIMALES**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalence
- Doit être parfaitement bilingue (français, anglais)
- Excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler en équipe
- Capacité démontrée à gérer simultanément des tâches multiples.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler sous pression
- Habileté à soulever des boites lourdes, larges et formes diverses
- Habileté à pouvoir rester debout sur de longue période de temps
- ACR - Doit compléter avec succès la certification ACR et une vérification des antécédents
- Expérience mínimale d'un an en entrepôt / service à la clientèle
- Devra être en mesure de compléter avec succès la certification d'inspecteur DG lors de la prochaine séance disponible
- Posséder ou possibilité d'obtenir une certification de chariot élévateur
- Devra être en mesure de compléter avec succès la certification en ligne de technicien XRAY lors de la prochaineséancedisponible
- Expérience mínimale d'un an en entrepôt / service à la clientèle (atout)
- Comprehension des programmes de First Choice etdes procédures opérationnelles globales (atout)
