Renovation Specialist

**Qualifications**:

- Professional pride in timeliness, quality of work, and getting it right the first time.
- Must have minimum five years’ experience in residential renovations.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving abstract.
- Must possess necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home renovations (we provide some; you will need to supply the rest).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Work well alone and in a small team environment.
- Close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excels at organization, time-management and problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare jobsites - protect flooring and etc. from dust and damage.
- Small scale demolition (bathrooms & kitchens etc.).
- Minor framing (bulkheads, showers, etc.).
- Insulation and drywall installation.
- Taping and mudding drywall.
- Flooring installation.
- Finish carpentry including: door installation, trim, cabinet installation etc.).
- Keep jobsite clean at end of shift (daily).
- **Tiling skills are bonus.
- **Painting skills are bonus.

**Work Location: Hamilton and surrounding area.**

**Company Vehicle and Phone provided after 3 month probation.**

**Benefits are optional after 3 month probation.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
