As your knowledge of our products increases, you will assist others in the HVEV team by taking client technical service support calls, occasionally travelling to, and training our dealers and clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Assist with warranty claim evaluations.
- Visit customers/units at their work locations.
- Create training and troubleshooting documentation.
- Assist with warranty claim evaluations.
- Maintain, and add to, the HVEV Tech Support Knowledge Base, including creating training and troubleshooting documentation.
- Travel to client locations for installation and/or product training.
- Completes Production Confirmations and provides reports to the Quality, Production and Engineering departments.
- Warranty processing, reporting and crediting. Part failure evaluation/Credit instruction may be required.
- Production confirmations
- Dealer/Customer training.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum secondary school diploma.
- 3+ years of combined experience, 1+ years of directly relevant experience within the automotive industry, preferably in a customer support role.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple customers in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent phone manners, able to always maintain professionalism.
- Class 5 Driving License.
- Valid Passport.
