Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimating/ Manager to join our team. As an Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process for projects. This is a key role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

**Duties**:

- Manage estimating in preparing accurate and competitive bids for Sandblasting Painting projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements
- Utilize Microsoft Word or Excel
- Analyze project scope and identify potential risks or opportunities
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, highlighting key details and providing explanations as needed
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay up-to-date with pricing and bidding strategies
- Requirements:

- The Project Manager initiates the planning process, clearly defining the project’s scope, delivery commitments and objectives.
- Project Manager shall closely work/promote team collaboration with supervisor and quality control to meet client’s delivery status and quality.
- Project Managers estimate sandblasting and painting projects, purchase coating, track costs, deal with change orders, and develop ITP’s.
- Project managers collaborate with the supervisor to resolve delivery/ contract disputes.
- Project manager to have a minimum of AMPP/ NACE Level 1 or 2.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
