2-3 years of experience at an interior design firm;
- Excellent knowledge of residential interior design standards;
- Must own personal laptop / computer with AutoCAD design software installed;
- Knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop;
- Proficiency in Canva design platform;
- Excellent computer skills;

- Must live local to Toronto / GTA and have access to a personal vehicle;
- Must be able to assist with project installations, including checking for damage, unboxing and placing furniture, fixtures and accessories;
- Must be fluent in English;

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing 2D layouts and elevations in AutoCAD;
- Assisting design team in all aspects of the design process whenever necessary, including concept development, drawings, sourcing, pricing, budgets, digital & in-person presentations, collaboration with architects and builders, client service and vendor relations;
- Producing 2D & 3D visual renderings (Sketchup, Photoshop) and creative packages for client presentations;
- Maintaining accurate and updated project status, client files and records;
- Supporting the creation of FF&E schedules & high-level project budgets;
- Order processing, tracking/management and scheduling;
- Interacting with design team and vendors on all aspects of specifying, quoting, budgeting, sample acquisition, orders, shipping, deliveries, and installations when needed;
- Assisting Principal and Intermediate designer in client meetings and presentations;
- Present for pick-up and deliveries, site visits, project installations (checking deliveries for damage, unboxing and placing furniture, fixtures and accessories), when needed;
- Managing back end digital filing and computer systems;
- Maintaining the organization of sample library;
- Assisting with social media, marketing and PR initiatives;
- General and personal assistance to the Principal;

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
