**Position Summary**

**Course Dates**:July 4, 2023—July 13, 2023 (8 shifts)

**Course Time**:10:00am—3:45pm

**Course Location**:The Learning Centre - 8920 Charles street, Richmond

**Key Accountabilities**
- Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
- Providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they first come to party at your table, all the way to ‘high-5ing’ a guest who JUST won it BIG
- Ensuring everyone feels like they are an integral part of the VIBE atmosphere as you are the ultimate party host
- Engaging our guests and encouraging their usage of other property features
- Exchanging guest cash and promotional vouchers for value chips
- Controlling the order of play; closing bets at the appropriate time and maintaining game integrity
- Conducting all games in a precise, efficient and secure manner, according to policies and procedures, licensing laws and statutory regulations. In partying terms, keeping things in check
- Performing other duties as required

**Education and Qualifications**
- Legendary guest service skills with a “Make it Happen” attitude
- Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests
- A passion for providing Rockin’ It Service to our internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence
- Live HRCV’s Values all day, every day: Respect, Original, Caring, Kickin’ Service, Integrity and No Excuses
- Strong communication and mathematical skills
- Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
- Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
- The ability to successfully obtain and/or maintain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)

**Work Environment Considerations**
- Regular casino environment, standing for long periods of time, dealing cards for long periods of time, some exposure to noise,and non-traditional w ork hours
