Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their purchasing and depot needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- A knowledge of the Fishing industry is helpful
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-06-01
