**Job Summary**:
This role involves driving essential business outcomes for critical programs within the organization. They will work on complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring their programs and campaigns to life. They act as a champion for their programs, fostering strong alignment and relationships to achieve unified success.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- **Campaign Planning**:Support in the development of purposeful, well-thought-out campaigns that support account-based marketing and selling efforts to drive pipeline and brand awareness. Partner with functional areas to plan and execute on strategy and tactical plans
- **Project Management**:Coordinating and managing project expectations and execution. Communicate on-going progress, issues, risks, and overall performance to all stakeholders. Risk and Change Management planning, mitigation, and controls
- **Budget Management**: Responsible for managing the budget allocated for vertical programs and campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
- **Sales Enablement**: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively support success of campaigns and programs
- **Track and report**: Monitor and optimize tactical performance at every stage of the journey to ensure content/messaging is resonating. Identify how we can improve and bring your expertise to the table: How can we make it even better?
**What You'll Bring to the Role (About You)**:
- 5-7 years of previous experience in integrated marketing or a related marketing role is highly desirable.
- A strong foundation in marketing principles, project management, and branding are essential for success in this role
- Having a good understanding of the D2L products and Education markets is crucial
- Demonstrated project management experience in successfully managing marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for crafting persuasive product content, creating presentations, and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations to internal teams, clients, and prospects.
- Previous involvement in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products and generate leads
**Recommended Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is typically required
