Production Helper

**Area of Specialization**: Assembly. Inspection. Testing. Shipping and Receiving.

**Type of Work Experience**: Hands-on assembly or fabrication. Cleaning. Visual inspection. Functional inspection. Packaging and shipping.

**Specific Skills**: Read and interpret drawings and specifications, operate automatic and semi-automatic machines to position, inspect electronic components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements, assembly, cleaning, check final assembly, labelling and packaging methods, check mechanical dimensions and perform go-no-go electrical tests, identify and mark acceptable and defective assemblies, perform simple electrical and continuity testing of electronic components, parts and systems

**Additional Skills**: Maintain test result reports, collect, record and summarize inspection results, pack items for shipping and distribution.

**knowledge of Peachtree, FedEx, and UPS software will be an asset**

**Security and Safety**: Criminal record check
