**The Retail Sales team is** the face of the brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations

**The Retail Sales Representatives' responsibilities include**:

- Helping prospects with product selection and purchasing decisions
- Providing product information and answering questions about features, pricing, and availability
- Processing sales orders
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and efficiently using our POS system
- Encouraging repeat business and acquiring clients through excellent brand consulting and face-to-face interactions
- Assisting with promotional marketing campaigns, retail events, public relations, merchandising and inventory

- Self-motivation with a proactive approach to every prospect and the ability to adopt basic sales and marketing skills

- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Full-time availability to work 40 hours per week

Pay: $3,005.51-$6,248.89 per month
