Event Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
*co-ordinate and manage all events for golf tournaments, weddings and social events

*liaise with clients to understand their vision and requirements

*co-ordinate and manage all event logistics for golf tournaments, weddings and social events

*develope detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

*source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services

*oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring everything runs smoothly

*handle any issues or emergencies that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency

*maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and team members

*proven experience as an event manager, specifically in golf tournaments, weddings and social events

*excellent organizational and multitasking skills

*strong communication and interpersonal abilities

*creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

*ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

*flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays during the season as needed and on event days

*proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, PDF, Outlook) and Event Management Software (Catarease is an asset)

*certification in event planning

*experience working with high profile clients

*familiarity with local vendors and venues

Pay: $1,000.00-$1,153.85 per week
