Lash Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform consultations with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences
- Provide advice on lash styles and maintenance
- Perform high-quality lash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lashes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to sanitation standards
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Promote additional services and products to clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

- Valid lash technician license or certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in a lash technician role is preferred, but not required
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$48.17 per hour
