Baker and Confectioner

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, and other baked goods: Eclair, Tarts, Cakes
- Decorate and package baked goods for display and sale
- Ensure all products meet quality and food safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a bakery environment
- Knowledge and skills in preparing eclairs, tarts, cakes from scratch
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food preparation techniques
- Skills in preparing variety of creams, souses, curds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in a team setting

After Probation period we offer you sign bonus $350.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Confectioner: 3 years (preferred)
