As certified Shopify Experts, Social Lite hosts Meetups in cities throughout North America, to connect and educate aspiring store owners to grow in the competitive digital ad space. Social Lite has been featured on global webinars including Shopify Academy and Shopify Compass, as well as leading industry conferences including Digital Agency Expo in NYC & Traffic & Conversion Summit 2021 in San Diego. Since its inception in 2011, Social Lite has grown to three owners, 20 full-time staff, and 15 specialist freelancer partners around the world.

**About The Position**:

- Position: Full-time permanent salary
- Salary: Starting at $50,000/year + bonuses
- Hours: Monday to Friday - 35hrs/week
- Ability to _work_ remotely
- Casual dress

Education/Skills
- 1-2 years minimum experience of proven involvement in a digital marketing and/or account management role
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (marketing, PR, communications, digital media, business administration)
- A broad understanding of channel best practices
- Ad testing abilities and proven methods for conversion objectives with your knowledge of content
- An understanding of how to interpret digital performance using data and analytics
- Familiar with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
- A voracious appetite for knowledge and advancing your skillset
- Strong interpersonal skills - meeting with clients and building relationships
- Excellent presentation skills - able to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward captivating way
