**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer who understands the importance of exceptional customer service and organizational efficiency. As a key member of our clinic, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service from the moment they enter our facility until they leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, therapist calendars, and ensure efficient patient flow.
- Handle incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, collect payments, and process insurance claims.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including record management and data entry.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to optimize schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Address client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior front desk staff, if applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or wellness setting is a Must.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a knack for multitasking.
- A patient-centered and compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a definite asset.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
