**We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company and projects. This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and a competitive wage. This position will be completed hybrid
- remote, with flexibility to work from home but also attend in-person meetings and occasional job-site travel required to fulfil operations needs. We are looking for someone who is an intrinsically-motivated go-getter ready to take on new tasks and take initiative.**

**Duties**:

- Support the Operations Manager with daily tasks and big-picture projects
- Coordinate daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with data entry, document management, and third-party compliance
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Perform other duties as needed

Occasional job-site travel and physical asset coordination/delivery will be required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in an operations role preferred
- Previous experience in the Mining/Oil/Gas sector required
- Knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping software or principles is a plus
- Experience in customer service or customer support is beneficial

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
