Job Summary:
We are seeking a **skilled Loader Operator to join our team.** Heavy Equipment Operator License certification is required.
- This is a basic skills type position mainly consisting of loading bailer conveyor line & processing line and pushing up material on the top floor.
- The position would be mainly for our paper Fiber side but not limited to that area.

**Duties**:

- Operate heavy equipment to load and unload materials.
- Safely and efficiently move materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operation
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure

**Skills**:

- Load/unload materials using heavy equipment
- Perform heavy lifting as required
- Possess mechanical knowledge for equipment operation
- Operate clamp trucks, forklifts, order pickers, or cranes will be an asset.
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.63 per hour
