**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate and supervise and complete maintenance activities for aircraft maintenance;
- Supervise F.B.O. technical personnel;
- Work collaboratively with Skyservice Operational and Maintenance personnel at other bases to ensure accommodation of service and maintenance needs of Skyservice aircraft transiting the YVR base;
- Coordinate and control AOG maintenance requests and ASF driven work.
- Ensure tooling and equipment are available to maintenance personnel to effectively and safely complete assigned work;
- Participate in operations and maintenance meetings;
- Take an active role in the Safety Management System;
- Take an active role in the daily operations of hangar;
- Conduct performance reviews for F.B.O. technical personnel;
- Collaborate with internal departments and clients;
- Work collaboratively with immediate manager with the following: productivity, equipment purchase and client services;
- Review invoices, as needed;
- Communicate with customers, as required;
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager
**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Valid Transport Canada M-2 license, or equivalent
- Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer program or equivalent
- Minimum of eight (8) years related experience in maintenance and experience in supervision
- Background in working on Business Aircraft types is an asset
- Endorsements on Business Aircrafts would be an asset
- Good leadership skills and ability to engage a team
- Ability to solve complex problems and implement appropriate solutions
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, and deliver under pressure
- Customer service oriented
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
- Bilingualism is an asset
