**Job Summary**:
Provide quality customer service at the receptionist desk answering incoming calls and greeting visitors to the building. Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that require attention to detail and strong communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with processing required documentation for returns i.e. credits, shipping and receiving etc.
- Assist with processing Invoices, Moneris Vault, RMA’s and Cash Sale Procedures.
- Assist with credits, debits, and freight claims
- Assist entering customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring correct flow and accuracy of documentation from customer order entry
- Assisting in completing month end procedures and customer orders
- Follow pricing instructions to input quotes and orders into the system
- Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Minimum two years of office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry
- Detail oriented, self-motivated & organized individual
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and set priorities
**Minimum education requirements**:
- High School Diploma required;
- Post Secondary Certificate or Diploma preferred or equivalent experience.
