**Desired Outcomes**:

- Deliver outstanding service and maintain positive client interaction
- Correspond with client families to ensure alignment on health care needs and programs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, including strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility.
- Develop personalized exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Implement exercise programs in individual or group settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Instruct group exercise classes.
- Instruct aqua fit classes.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting exercise programs as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nursing staff, doctors, PSWs, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on the benefits of exercise for aging adults.
- Creation of weekly reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual

**Qualifications**:

- Completed an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology
- Minimum 2 years experience **working with seniors** of varying levels of mobility and mental acuity
- Experience teaching group exercise classes
- Experience teaching aqua fit classes
- Experience assessing, developing and implementing a personalized exercise program.

**Additional Information**:

- Communication with the families of the client is crucial to this position. You will be able to bill for administrative work per week.

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
