We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. Must be able to work independently. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Since we handle a number of commercial cleaning contracts, to avoid pedestrian traffic, early morning (prior to 7am) and/or late evening work(after 6pm) is often required weekly. This work can be physically demanding and may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment. If you have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions eg squeegee and applicator and/or water-fed brush system and related tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Operate power washers and other equipment to clean exterior windows on multi-story buildings
- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high windows safely
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Perform other custodial duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Must have your own transportation
- At this time only looking for qualified employees with previous window cleaning experience
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment effectively
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Knowledge of custodial practices and facilities maintenance is a plus

**Salary**: $19.60-$23.00 per hour
