**Food Preparation**: Prepare and portion ingredients accurately according to the recipes and guidelines provided. This includes measuring, cutting, and marinating ingredients as required.

**Cooking and Plating**: Execute cooking techniques to prepare dishes, ensuring they are cooked to the appropriate temperature and consistency. Pay attention to presentation and plate the dishes attractively.

**Station Organization**: Set up and organize the station before and after service, ensuring all necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment are available and in good working condition.

**Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, ensuring that all dishes leaving the station meet the established standards.

**Time Management**: Coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items, working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.

**Cleanliness and Sanitation**: Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation practices, including personal hygiene, proper storage of ingredients, and regular cleaning of the workstation, utensils, and equipment.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience as a Line Cook or Chef de Partie in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and culinary terminology.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
