**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Facilitating workshops with key technology stakeholders to capture user stories.
- Ability to analyze business requirements.
- Responsible for interfacing with clients and a team of functional and technical resources to ensure integrated solutions are properly designed and implemented.
- Solicit and interpret conceptual business needs and document requirements by collecting data from multiple sources.
- Very good at overall documentation, experience in AS-IS and TO-BE documentation.
- Translate business requirements into system requirements and conceptual design to produce thorough assessments and solution recommendations.
- Identify, evaluate, and document operational changes to improve information and processing systems.
- Identify and quantify risks relevant to business and systems requirements.
- Maintain productive professional relationships.
- Propose innovative and integrated solutions.
- Resolve conflicts between differing requirements presented by business versus IT.
- Develop and/or execute test plans and test cases including defining test conditions, negative testing, and regression testing, tracking and documenting results.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**
Required Work Experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of Business Analyst experience in any area of SAP Technologies
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Strong consulting and client relationship building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education and other requirements
- Experience in Telecom, Wireless, and Media industries will be an asset
- Experience working in an Agile environment and use of Agile tools (such as Jira, Slack, Confluence, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts in a fast-paced service-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet delivery timelines, learn quickly, problem solve, and be organized.
- Ability to maintain a balance of confidence and approachability.
- Proactive, and highly motivated, with the ability to work well independently and within a multi-cultural team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle several tasks efficiently.
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related equivalent is considered a strong asset.
