We are searching for an experienced **SR Project Manager ** to join our team

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for pre-construction budgeting and scheduling construction, project turnover, and contract closeouts. This position will work in partnership with the entire team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

**The Job**:

- Lead the team on multiple projects to ensure it is completed within budget and is finished with respecting deadlines
- Work closely with the Directors for all departments to bridge communication gaps
- Assist in developing project bidding strategy with project departments
- Manage staff in preparing work scopes for trades
- Provide contract negotiation support to the team
- Review and assist teams with all monthly project forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, and financial reports
- Support the team to ensure project draws and trade billings are being submitted and paid on time

**What you Bring**:

- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture (or other related field)
- 15+ years experience in a related role
- Excellent knowledge of industrial and commercial projects of varying size
- Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leading a team
- Proven ability to foster and develop client relationships
- Confidence and ability to lead meetings and present information
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
- Professional demeanor

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
