This involves operating and managing the Affiliate systems and performing all the necessary actions to assure a well-ordered, organized activity of the Affiliate program.
You will be responsible for the growth, retention and reactivation of our affiliates, and the growth of traffic to our brands

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and manage affiliates for the in-house affiliate network (Sportsbook, Casino, and Bingo).
- Increase the ROI from programs being run across 3rd party affiliate networks.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular reports to both internal and external clients.
- Must be proficient with Excel and be able to present data in a manner that is easy to understand.
- Give clear direction to the affiliate team motivating them to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- Present to board level members about the developments and success of the company’s affiliate programs.
- Manage the strategic growth of the affiliate network.
- Originate and execute market leading affiliate promotions.
- Attend conferences and shows. Entertaining key affiliates.
- Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
- Responsible to ensure that all associate affiliates are using compliant advertising and marketing practices
- Liaise with the Creative/Design team to ensure that affiliate creatives represent our brands effectively.
- Manage affiliate acquisition, reactivation and network management
- Analyzing and monitoring leads, tasks and providing stakeholders with regular reports
- Communication with affiliates, partners and analyzing and monitoring data
- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and business partners

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and self-organization skills
- Multitasking and ability to adapt and work independently

Nice to have:

- Experience within the iGaming industry
- Ability to work under pressure and on a tight timelines
- Proven ability to work independently and take responsibility.
- Strong work ethic and willing to work flexible hours if required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
