Are you ready to dive into a dynamic global challenge? Are you passionate about optimizing operations and maximizing the value of metallurgical assets worldwide? If so, this opportunity is for you**The role in a nutshell**

As the Asset Management Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of asset management frameworks to optimize the performance and value of our zinc/lead metallurgical assets worldwide.You will collaborate closely with asset teams, provide guidance, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.**More specifically, you will be expected to**:

- Define and establish the asset management framework, gaining acceptance from upper management;
- Provide guidance and assistance to asset teams for the effective implementation of the asset management framework;
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, reliability improvement, and margin enhancement across the value chain;
- Conduct performance analytics and root cause diagnostics to address performance gaps and opportunities;
- Assist asset teams in prioritizing improvement opportunities and interventions;
- Conduct audits, establish priorities, and track progress to improve site maturity score;
- Engage actively with asset teams on priority improvement programs, ensuring effective implementation and value return;
- Plan and coordinate community of practice forums to foster collaboration and adoption of best practices;
- Incorporate asset management into the risk and assurance program;
- Support effective operational readiness programs;
- Participate in full potential studies with zinc/lead metallurgical assets as required.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Significant experience in asset reliability, operations, maintenance and project management;
- Natural leader with proven supervisory skills;
- Experience leading change management;
- Solid knowledge implementing management systems framework;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong business acumen with analytical and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated, highly proactive and have a resilient attitude.

**Language**: English. Knowledge of another language such as French, Spanish or Russian is an asset.
- **Travel**: You must be willing to travel domestically and/or internationally for approximately 20-30% of the time and work with colleagues located in different time zones.
