**Skill Requirements**:

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C Certification
- Experience in customer service settings
- Previous employment as a Bar/Alcohol Control Security Guard (required)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining Order: Ensuring patrons follow the establishment's rules and regulations regarding alcohol consumption, behavior, and safety.
- ID Verification: Checking identification to verify legal drinking age and refusing service to underage individuals.
- Monitoring Intoxication Levels: Observing patrons for signs of intoxication and intervening when necessary to prevent overconsumption.
- Reporting all incidents to the event supervisor on shift.
- Present a proper, professional, customer-friendly image at all times.
- Providing general information of the site and assistance our clients with any security needs they may have.
- Working in an alcohol-licensed area, ensuring all AGCO policies and procedures are adhered to.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Bar/Alcohol Control Security Guard: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- WHMIS Certification (preferred)
- Ontario Health and Safety Certification (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
