We are a well established site servicing contractor, specializing in municipal parks, and civil commercial developments. Some of our core services include, asphalt, concrete, interlocking, excavation & grading, sewers & drainage systems, landscaping, and small bridges, we build very complex detailed oriented complicated construction projects, where attention to detail is very important.

- ASSET IN UNDERSTANDING DRAWINGS
- EXCELLENT SKILSS IN EXCAVATION, GRADING WITH EXCAVATOR, SWALES, BERMS, CARRYING A GRADE, CONTOURS, TRENCHES, OPEN CUT TRENCHES,
- WORKING WITH SWIVEL BUCKET
- UNDERSTANDING OF ELEVATIONS AND GRADE STAKES
- VISUALIZE WHAT THE PROJECT AND INTERPRET FROM THE DRAWING TO THE SITE
- GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- CONCIENTIOUS IN MAINTANENCE AND TAKING CARE OF EQUIPMENT(GREASE,AIR FILTERS ETC)
- MOTIVATION TO WORK AND GET THE JOB DONE
- GOOD CONCEPT OF HOW TO TACKLE EXCAVATIONS AND PLAN SCOPE OF WORK IN SEQUENCE PROPERLY
- ABLE TO STRIP TOPSOIL AND SEPARATE FROM SUB GRADE MATERIAL
- LOAD TRUCKS QUICKLY AND SAFELY
- STRIP AND LOAD CONCRETE, ASPHALT, GRANULAR, TOPSOIL ETC.
- DEMOLITON INVOLVING CHAIN LINK FENCING, CONCRETE POLES, PLAYGROUNDS, WOOD BRIDGES, SEWER STRUCTURES
- INSTALLING CATCHBASINS, MANHOLES, SEWER PIPES
- RIGGING AND HOISTING KNOWLEDGE WITH EXCAVATOR
- Operate excavator equipment to perform various tasks such as digging, grading, and loading
- Use mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Operate other heavy machinery such as graders, backhoes, mini excavators loaders, and skid steers
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to complete projects efficiently
- Skills:

- Proficient in operating excavator equipment and other heavy machinery
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in grader operation, excavator operation, loader operation,
- Familiarity with John Deer, Hitachi, Caterpillar machinery is preferred but not required both Cat & John Deere controls within machines available
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- We build complex detailed park construction with various spec depth profiles and different materials this is not just a dig and load trucks position.
- Knowledge of GPS excavation and grading assisted equipment an asset.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Commute to and from the job site from your place of residence, our geographic area of work sites is within the Greater Toronto Area, hours of work on site are from 7am-530pm Monday to Friday.
- Union Rates and Union benefits and membership available once proven.

**Salary**: $38.00-$48.02 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
