Product Sampler

**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging Product Samplers to represent our brand and promote our products through in-person demonstrations. As a Product Sampler, you will be responsible for showcasing our items to grocery customers, providing them with an opportunity to taste and experience the products firsthand. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals in various retail environments.

**Duties**
- Conduct product demonstrations in-store, engaging customers and encouraging them to sample the products.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they understand the value of what is being offered.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present information confidently and clearly to groups of customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting upcoming events or special offers related to the products being sampled.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards when applicable.
- Gather customer feedback on products to relay insights back to the marketing team for future improvements.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to promote products effectively.
- A passion for food and an understanding of product demos will be beneficial in this role.

Sales bonuses will be earned based on sales per demo.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
