**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

**Description**:
This position coordinates the shipping and receiving of all goods, products, materials, customer orders and deliveries. This position helps to allocate stock between branches and manages overstock located in both the warehouse and the yard. The shipper and receiver will actively communicate with branch managers, branch staff, and purchasing to ensure the smooth flow of product. Wes-Tech is a dynamic company experiencing significant growth in a sector that is poised for growth for decades.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate shipping & receiving with production timelines and customer/vendor requirements.
- Coordinating deliveries with Branch manager.
- Operate a forklift to unload, load and organize product.
- Packaging, labeling and crating product for shipping.
- Unpacking product for distribution.
- Working with the company logistics system to manage product.
- Maintain internal, manual, or computerized record-keeping systems.
- Liaising with shipping companies, and manufacturers to coordinate shipments.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Operate forklift (training will be provided)
- Operate pallet jacks in indoor and outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. alone, more with assistance
- Attention to detail, positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to take control of shipping and receiving and make process improvements
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent

**Other Duties**:

- Provide Irrigation sales support during busy times (stock shelves, receive orders etc.)
- Process orders and sales
