Bayswater Toronto is a private, ESL/FSL school located at North York Centre station. We offer ESL, EAP, test prep, and part-time French courses to adult students.

Classes have a maximum of 18 students and are equipped with SMART boards.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Teach in-person French as a second language classes to groups of 10-18 adult learners.
- Plan lessons to meet the needs of individuals in your class, considering student feedback and performance on progress tests.
- Use Bayswater online portals to complete daily attendance, plan lessons, and assign homework.
- Deliver and evaluate assessments.
- Participate in teacher meetings and professional development sessions.
- Submit timesheets and follow all policies and procedures in the Teacher Handbook.

**Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience**

Essential
- Fluent in French
- Experience teaching French to adult learners
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Desirable
- Valid CEFLE or French teaching certificate
- Familiarity with French exam (TCF/TEF)
- B.Ed., M.Ed., MA Applied Linguistics
- Experience using technology in the classroom
