Lead Carpenter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced lead carpenter in the field of fence installation to join our team. As a lead carpenter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of fences, including wood, composite and metal.
- Measure and mark fence lines accurately
- Attach rails, pickets, or panels to the posts
- Repair damaged fences by replacing broken or missing parts
- Ensure that all work is completed according to established safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fence installation and repair
- Strong knowledge of different fence materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret site survey plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools necessary for fence installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues during the installation process
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and alignment of fences
- Valid driver's license
