Sales Trainer Duties:

- Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate sales team on effective sales techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce training concepts
- Provide in-home ride-along support with your sales team
- Pitch in-home to demonstrate how it’s done You can’t talk the talk if you can’t walk the walk
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to motivate and inspire sales team members - Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Direct sales: 5 years (preferred)
