**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all incoming hearings including but not limited to:

- scheduling of all hearings that can be self-scheduled
- assigning attending agents specific files
- maintaining and organizing the schedule for all agents and the office and all associated steps
- Legal advice questions
- Opening new files, conflict checks, retainer agreements where needed
- Regularly updating files in Centerbase and associated steps
- Providing unavailable dates to the Board for current files
- Letters to Board to add our office on record for new files, linking files to the LTB Portal and all associated steps
- Coverage of staff vacations/roles as needed
- Other tasks as needed, ex. Letters, settlements, communications with representatives

**Requirements**:

- Paralegal license in good standing with the LSO
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work as a team and assist where needed
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Proficiency in legal drafting and research techniques
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with file organization and document management systems
- Knowledge of Centerbase an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
