Evening Caregiver/psw

**Description**:
We’re looking for a dedicated, caring and experienced PSW for a sociable senior who needs help with her evening routine **Training and support is provided**. **This position is on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00PM.**

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Administer personal care (bedside brief change, teeth cleaning,
dressing)
- Transfers using a mobile patient Hoyer lift
- Dinner prep (re-heating and light preparations)
- Monitor physical health (blood pressure and blood sugars)
- Medication reminders and distribution
- Set up CPAP sleep machine
- Laundry of the care recipient
- Light housekeeping for the household (dishes, put things aways,
dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.)
- Provide companionship/conversation

**Requirements**:
Must be familiar with mobile patient lift (electric Hoyer).

Must be able to anticipate client's needs and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

PSW diploma or equivalent desired.

2 years experience in the field preferred.

Proof of Vaccination record is required (2 doses).

Proof of Negative COVID-19 test may be required prior to start date.

References and criminal record check required.

**IMPORTANT**:
Valid driver's license and transportation preferred.

First Aid certification is recommended.

Part-time hours: 12 per week

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
