We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Driver/Labourer. You will play a vital role in our company's operations by assisting with transportation of recyclable materials, delivering/removing waste bins and performing various manual labor tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport recyclable materials to designated locations, adhering to traffic laws and company policies while operating a 5 tonne cube van.
- Able to complete daily paperwork correctly on a consistent basis.
- Safely and efficiently operate a manual transmission truck. 1 ton Hiab Flat Deck. _Training will be provided on operation of Hiab._
- Perform general maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment required for manual labor tasks.
- Assist welder/fabricator and maintenance projects, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a commercial or construction setting.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well within a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification required for the position.
