**Job brief**

We are a small to medium-sized manufacturing company with an amazingly fun product, looking for a skilled Videographer / Editor who can create engaging marketing material and improve our media/marketing systems to keep our company a leader in the industry Our team is innovative and motivated, and we need your experience in media content creation

We are seeking someone who has exceptional video production experience and can take our content to the next level

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to plan and develop video content for social media and websites. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that video content is consistent with the company's brand and messaging
- Create attractive video content on our products, showcasing them in a clean and attractive manner.
- Capture high-quality video footage using a variety of equipment including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
- Edit and produce video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
- Create "How to" videos on our products to assist our clients with the operations of their tiny houses. This will involve filming, and editing the videos and uploading them to our YouTube account.
- Create attractive promotional videos of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in video production and incorporate them into our content.
- Conduct interviews and shoot b-roll footage as needed
- Ensure that all video content meets quality standards and is delivered on time.
- Manage all aspects of the video production process from pre-production to post-production.
- Create video content for marketing campaigns across all of our social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter & Tiktok and manage all of these platforms.

**Requirements and skills**
- Camera (video) equipment. Preferably camera with wide angle lens. Video accessories like lighting set, gimbal/ drone are an asset.
- Real estate videography experience is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of video production equipment, software, and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to capture high-quality video footage in a variety of settings.
- Organized and has a strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Multitasking skills for working with different teams and has the ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects
- Outgoing, well-spoken & camera-friendly, as some videos for YouTube, may require some appearances
- Highly creative, forward-thinking & self-motivated.
