**Type of position**: Regular

You will report to the Chief Accountant and will be required to:

- Develop and monitor financial performance measurement tools.
- Prepare monthly financial management and presentation analyses for each business unit.
- Actively participate in preparing the annual budget and financial projections.
- Support the Accounting team in carrying out month-end closures and in preparing financial statements and presentations for management.
- Identify and explain budgetary discrepancies.
- Help revise and analyze work in progress for engineering projects on a monthly basis.
- Design and develop models and tools to analyze financial results for special projects and make appropriate recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- At least five years of professional experience in the accounting and financial management fields
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Asset: experience in a services firm
- Asset: professional designation (CPA)
- Asset: experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Power BI
