I.t. Liaison

'
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with mínimal supervision
- Competence of the following product and or technologies: Windows 10 & 11, O365 Suite, AutoCAD, Autodesk
- Azure experience, manage a few servers.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Cloud Administration)
- Networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, TraceRT, Ping, FTP, SSH, VPN, SD-WAN, MFA, SAML, patching, toning & labeling.
- Familiar with Cambium switching, Point to Point & Cisco Meraki
- Preventive maintenance; patching networking equipment, phones etc.
- Domain management
- DNS Filtering
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with great interpersonal skills.
- Document management, ability to capture, document and create training material for employees and internal KB articles.
- Must be able to move, carry and or manipulate equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Support building security and manage fob access to the building.
- Familiar with iOS & Android
- Security awareness training
