**Job description**

**General Summary**
Kumon of Richmond Hill - Elgin Mills is seeking applicants for Math and Reading Teaching Assistant. Applicants will work with students with all grades in our Program.

**Required Qualifications**
- Applicants should have a strong desire to work with children of all ages.
- Applicants must work at least 3 days per week.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills to conduct online sessions
- Education Major or related field preferred.
- Job experience with after school program.
- Experienced with students of all ages.
- Ability to work throughout the summer.

**Necessary Licenses/Certifications/Degrees**
- Ontario Certified Teacher preferred

**Work Hours**
- Monday 4:00-7:00
- Tuesday 4:00-7:00
- Wednesday 4:00-7:00
- Thursday 4:00-7:00
- Saturday 10:30-14:30
- Online sessions' time may be different, to be discussed

Work remotely
- Temporarily due to COVID-19

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $15.66-$18.00 per hour
