Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create process documentation using BPM notation & best practices.
- Represent process outputs to consumers such as Product Management, Change Management, Technology teams and Business Operations.
- Collaborate with the Business Process Architect to maintain the MPI Process Framework
- Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
- Model business processes, defines business rules and metrics ensuring alignment with business strategy & initiative benefits.
- Collect and document business rules for project and process improvement/automation efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the larger Business Architecture team, project & product teams, technical architecture, business analysts & Business Process Owners (management) & Business SMEs (frontline staff)
- Lead, engage and participate in project working groups and committees as required.
- Document business processes using process/workflow software to create process models which can be simulated, analyzed and executed directly by the business.
- Analyze and understand capabilities and workflows and uses this information to design future state solutions to meet and maximize customer value-add and business needs.
- Leverage customer input and feedback when recommending improvements and/or addition of new products, services, and process improvements.
- Responsible for mapping cross-functional business processes to other architecture concepts such as Value Stream, Data, Applications & Features, KPIs, etc.

Qualifications:

- Certificate or diploma in Business Process Management, Business Analysis or a related discipline.
- Three years of related analytical experience conducting process analysis, documenting business rules, system and business requirements, and performing complex data analysis.

OR
- Degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Two years of related analytical experience conducting process analysis, documenting business rules, system and business requirements, and performing complex data analysis.
- Education in project management is an asset.
- Certification in Lean an asset.
- Experience leading or supporting business process documentation and validation an asset.
- Experience in an Agile workplace environment as asset.
