Preferred Qualifications:

- A DSW diploma or DSW certificate (2nd year DSW students and other Human Services students and graduates would be considered with relevant and current experiences in the sector)
- Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities to live and thrive in their home and community
- Knowledge and experience providing specialized behavioural supports related to dual diagnosis, trauma-informed care, and verbal and physical aggression
- Proven ability to implement and follow behaviour protocols with extensive data collection, while working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing NVCI (CPI) techniques

Required:

- Valid First Aid/CPR
- Proof of valid driver’s license
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 12 months

**Salary**: $25.66-$27.97 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

License/Certification:

- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Drivers License (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $25.66 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- Class G2 or G Licence (required)
